Black Light Tray

This party serving tray is loaded with LED's. The LED's slowly change color or can be stopped on any one color. Red, blue and green dance around the outside of this serving tray as you serve. Suggestions for use include a cake plate, hor d'oeurves tray or base for another display.

This set of glow black light paint includes 6 one ounce bottles. The paint is non toxic and water based. Use it where and when ever you have a need for some blacklight excitement!
